Available WIL Placements
1. Human Resources (HR) Intern
– Key tasks: support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, assist with HR admin, participate in performance management and training initiatives, contribute to HR policy updates.
– Ideal background: HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related; strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
2. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) WIL Trainee (Executive Shadowing)
– Key tasks: shadow senior leadership, assist with strategic planning, prepare reports and presentations, participate in stakeholder meetings, support business development projects.
– Ideal background: Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship; leadership potential, strategic thinking, strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Procurement Officer Intern
– Key tasks: assist with supplier sourcing and evaluation, prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and inventory, support contract administration and cost analysis.
– Ideal background: Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Commerce; attention to detail, negotiation basics, Excel proficiency.
4. Sales Intern
– Key tasks: support lead generation and CRM updates, prepare sales materials, assist with client outreach and demos, participate in market research and campaign tracking.
– Ideal background: Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications; confident communicator, target-driven, CRM familiarity a plus.
General WIL Details
– Duration: 3–6 months (flexible; to be agreed)
– Location: based in the office
– Stipend: Competitive (details provided on shortlisting)
– Start date: To be agreed with successful candidates
